OK, the problem is that you're going Linkdead as soon as you connect to your server.
It looks like this is definately caused by your router config. If you're using Windows XP's built-in ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) then you'll have to turn that off. If you're using a hardware router then you'll need to look through your port-forwarding setup and make sure everything is properly configured in there. I can't help you with the port forwarding as I don't know what kind of router you have (if that's the case) and because I've never worked with anything other than a Cisco router (and you probably don't have one of those :P). You should be able to find a couple of walkthroughs here in the forums though, just do a search. |
hmmm ok.. I will post a new thread with more detailed info to see exactly what I need to fix.
Or ignore it.. I am at 2 places, one on weekend through a router, one at home through cable modem. Ill test it at home before goign any further |

Paste your boot5zones.bat file here (right click, EDIT). My guess is your using intenal IP's when you need to be using external ip's. |

Get a Domainname from Dyndns.org for your external ip and change the IP's to the Domainname. Also add into your hosts file
YourDomainName YourInternalIPAddress |
