Yea, it kinda did. I feel bad about it, cause I like helping people and all, but I'm just kind of at wits end with it. Got a LOT more on my plate now then I did 5 months ago when I wrote it. I told one fella his answer, and he come back 2 hours later with some other stupid question, and then when I told him to look at the boards, (insert 10 links here), he told me that he really didnt want to look, and If I wasnt going to help him, that I should just go to ****.

Kinda the final straw there. I like helping people once again, but if someone cant even try to help themselves, then I really dont care what problems they're having.

But yea, snapped finally... /sigh

That's too bad, guy... but I totally understand. This is the primary reason why my servers are all [Private] and won't volunteer to go "above and beyond" trying to make anyones life easier here. It is never appreciated or recognized.

Throw it in the Wiki under a pseudonym, or post it in a thread where others can carry the weight of silly questions. I hate being so dickish, but I just don't have time to support people either.

type in PDF

Something I found that I can't seem to figure out why..

there is a difference in these two lines...
set password for 'root'@'localhost' = OLD_PASSWORD('newpwd');
set password for ‘root’@’localhost’ = OLD_PASSWORD(‘newpwd’);

One will work (online wiki version)
One will NOT work (PDF version)

There is something different about the ' ' that causes the PDF one to just drop down to a blank > without making the correct changes. Hopefully this will save someone a few min time.
