I am running this currently with few errors on The Iron Knights server. I tweaked a few things on my own, and with the exception of his gate potions not reflecting proper dosages, his work is impeccable.

The server is up a few hours each day until I finish my tweaking.

On my own:
  • LDoN point awards were reduced dramatically (ex 40 down to 3 at level 15) while adv reward costs were divided by 10 and rounded down. The 1492-point gear is now 149 adv points.
  • LDoN gear received a substantial revamp.
  • Certain cleric spells and miscellany were added to Jollum in the Bazaar.
  • All 1.0 epics were added to the North Ro LDoN adventure merchant for 300 adv points each.
  • Crits were enabled and procs toned down slightly.
  • Named mobs in LDoNs received updates to their loot drops to make them worthwhile.
  • Named mobs in Unrest, Mistmoore and the Hole are recieving loot upgrades.
  • Still trying to decide what to do with DoNs.

Working well so far. There are a few apparent bugs - the butcherblock magus teleports you into a null area when porting to Commonlands. Haven't figured out where the loc coordinates are stored for those yet. Many defiant drops show necklace icons and I am in the process of converting them to the older icons as I find them.

The Iron Knights is a solo/duo husband/wife server. Groups will find the playstyle boring. There is no support/service.

If you read the magus quest script it casts spell id 4176. The coordinates you need to change are in spells_us.txt.

Ah, you should know me by now lerxst, I usually need a little more direction. But, figuring by your response that the targets should be easy to find, I rummaged through folders until I found where to apply Notepad++.

Not sure if this is the place for this, but I don't really understand how this server works. I started there tonight in an empty version of Gloomingdeep with no NPCs and all dead ends. What am I doing wrong?

This is not a server "population" package. You need to have the PEQ Database installed (I think that is the only DB available other than that classic DB) and this stuff makes changes to "that" database that makes this work.
