After a few days of downtime due to the storm we are back up and ready to go!

There are changes coming with our November 26th release of Luclin:
Exciting New Changes are coming in the following Weeks on Nagafen's Lair:

Luclin Release Date will be: November 26, 2012. Exact Time is TBA as we get closer to the release date.

Expansion Flags
Flaging Requirement's will be dropped For all zones after Luclin's Release. We are doing this to facilitate more content for players and avoiding the bottlenecks that is the backflagging. When Luclin releases you will be able to make a level 1 toon and zone into any zone up to Luclin, regardless of previous flagging.
BUT
There is a benefit to doing the Tasks that are currently in place:

--If you dont get the tasks completed you wont have access to the zone ports within the guild lobby. IE you will have to go to the old zones by way of the Spires, Wizard Ports, Boat zones etc. Completeing the flag quest will grant you access to the porters that are currently in the lobby (the keepers) and access to quick zones through them.
--Completing the Tasks will be the only way to continue with the charm upgrades. The Charms will be upgraded through the tasks as they are currently

Pretty pumped about the upcoming changes. Been having a ton of fun on this server doing epic 1.0's and killing classic bosses on my toons. There's a ton of things to keep you busy even as a duo or a single group, and that groupable content is just going to increase dramatically when luclin comes out and velious gets tuned down to be one groupable.

I think that's one of the best ideas about this server, that way people that start much later can still go through the earlier progression and catch up to raiding without tons of backflagging/gearing etc.

Thread needs a bump, server is temporarily down but when it comes back up double exp till the 27th! Come in and enjoy a true casual cooperative progression server. Multiple guilds raiding daily, big euro presence aswell ALWAYS people on to play with !

Planes of Power Patch Notes:

Please Note: Currently only Tiers 1 and 2 of Planes of Power are live. Tiers 3 and Elementals/Time will go live soon, we did this to get PoP out sooner, as opposed to taking a week or two extra of testing. We will roll out the next 3 tiers in waves.

Roughly a week or two: Tier 3.
About a week or so after Tier 3 – Elementals
and about a week or so after Elementals we will release Time.

This is just a Guess atm. It could be Less time (and most likely will be) between releases. But it really comes down to testing time available.

Changes Within PoP:

Planar Projections: Flag mobs which spawn after defeating a boss are limited to giving out 10 flags per run.
Respawn Times: All Bosses within Tiers 1 and 2 are on a 5 Hours +/- 1 Hour Respawn time.
ALL Alternate Flagging Quests have been REMOVED: If we find anyone trying to work around the normal PoP Progression they will be punished. Please just play it as its intended from original PoP release.
Level Cap has been Raised to 65. All AA’s Available from 61-65 are open as well. NOTE: This does mean that non-pop AAs will be available. They will remain as is for the moment, but if we find some are Over powering/give players TOO much of an advantage we will be nerfing them.
General Fixes/Changes

Hoshkar in Veeshan’s Peak has been fixed. The script was looping for some reason, not the fight has been altered a bit
The issues with the Wizard Epic are still being looked into, stay tuned for more information on that in the forums please
Planes of Power will NOT have a charm like The previous Expansions. Instead we will be using the charm that is already in game, the Intricate Wooden Figurine, The scaling is NOT working as of yet but it will be fixed. The item will scale as it did on live with it gaining strength as you progress through the planes.
Please Post ANY issues you come across or any potential Exploits (PM those to me) In the forums. Im sure there are some things that were overlooked by the dev team. Enjoy Planes of Power!

This server is truely nostalgic to EQ - it's nice to have a small group server to play on. Almost every server is solo, and it's nice to group up with others to take down raid mobs again.

There are multiple guilds on the server (Unity, La Familia, The Mystical Order) and even a classic guild that works through all old content before progressing.

Buff bot in the lobby, spell scriber to 50, charm quest and a zone porter to some of the popular zones - this server is amazing.

The population is very helpful and there's always around 30-60 on - if you like meeting new people and having a great time, should definately check this server out.

Disturbed

Another shout out for this server. It offers the nostalgic feeling of raiding in classic Everquest without requiring 60+ people and 6 hours of time several days a week. A mix of a classic and custom build makes this server one of the best I have ever played on. The community is hands down the most helpful of any emu I have ever played on.
