The GPL clauses you believe them to be violating only kick in when the binaries are redistributed. And the only requirement is that they provide source to those that have been distributed the binaries to.

So, in effect, they have adhered to the GPL by releasing the source code to every derived binary they have distributed, which add up to a total of zero? Fascinating.
