Just so you know, a lot of zones were giving errors when I installed your sql. Off the top of my head they were:

veeshan
kaladimb
kael
chardok

I know, not many but I didn't test many either (I was setting up spawn tables and loot tables in these zones)

Installing the default db.sql safe zone points fixes everything immeadiately.
