Ok, there is one. "lifetime" can be interpreted quite a few ways...wait until a stick of RAM is no longer manufactured and cannot be found even as NOS. Kinda hard to get that warrantied. It takes a while but it happens.
I had a lifetime warranty on a Step Thermodynamics processor. Really sweet and I even cashed in on a processor once, but that company isn't even around anymore...I think...irregardless, when I got the new processor from them it no longer had a "lifetime" warranty, it had 30 days. |
