Fixed this to actually bring your enemies to a crawl and extended the fear and snare by 6 more seconds. It is extremely powerful now as it was intended to be.

• SPELL SLOT 1: Snare all enemies around you for 12 seconds.
• SPELL SLOT 2: Spell Trigger -> No Escape

• SPECIAL: Double Mana for Half Duration.
• BARD SPECIAL: -24 CD MANA COST

Is it the same as before though where certain spells can allow overhaste?
