NICE PACK really ... anyone got Merchanarys working ? if so what did you do to enable them please!

I have an odd question i'm changing mine to the latest client do i need to change both of them? World:ExpansionSettings under rule_values record 457 and Expansions under variables record 12

For everyone that is having issues with Mercs, I got mine working by following the steps here http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/sho...c+failed+spawn

I can get them to spawn and follow me around PoK but when I zone they go poof. Still trying to figure it out.

Thanks guess thats the problem then .... i am useing Titanium Client .... no Merchenarys or Xtarget window in my game

Yeah the titanium client does not support a lot of features. Which is exactly the playstyle some people wanted.

I'm a masochist for old school EQ but even I can admit book-in-face medding got old after a while haha

too bad i cant find a Underfoot Version .... Xtargets and Mercenarys is all my Server misses for us to have fun snieeef....

is there a way to get those functions to work with Titanium client ?....

mercs dont work with underfoot either pretty sure u need ROF for mercs.

Mercenaries require SoD or later. Underfoot qualifies as later.

Really easy to install, thanks but I see my server status as locked in server status and when I try to login I get "that zone is unavailable" whether its the tutorial, gfay etc.

I did try to change the number of zones in the launcher table but no luck.

Any ideas?

hmm did you change anything ?

the Clean Server package without anychanges worked fine for me all i changed at start was the Servername.

Maybe you forgot to open the Ports on your router?

I've got 9880, 7500 and 9000 open, miss any?

9000 UDP connections
7000 to 7400 UDP for Zones
7778 UDP for chat
7500 UDP chat2

you wont need them all i guess but thats what i got to get it working so far...
