Due to some strange bug that makes it where silence lasts forever on NPCs I have just changed any path silence spell to a stun. This is overall better anyway since it stops melee in their tracks.

The paths changed are:
• Avengers
• Thanes
• Arcane Engineers

NEW SPELL
ARCANE ENGINEER: BLARING SIREN: 48 SEC CD, MANA COST 1920, LASTS 12 SECONDS
• SPELL SLOT 1: Stun all enemies around you for 12 seconds.
• ENCHANTER SPECIAL: Blaring Siren has a stun effect that gets double duration.

NOTE: This path is very group friendly and gets most of its damage from its pet and base enchanter nukes but lacks any real path nuke punch.
