Precompiled EQEmu 6.1 DR2 with memory leak detector
Hello, I decided to include some memory leak detector both for zone and world, so if you want to contribute, just use my binaries, and when you exit zone and world (after letting them being on some time, with clients and so), post here the output of EQEmuWorld_MemoryLeaks.log and EQEmuZone_MemoryLeaks.log
Links: World and EmuShareMem:http://cofruben.krusher.org/eqemu/6....ldShareMem.zip Zone with no perl enabled:http://cofruben.krusher.org/eqemu/6.1DR2ZoneNoPerl.zip Zone with perl enabled:http://cofruben.krusher.org/eqemu/6.1DR2ZonePerl.zip Opcodes: cofruben.krusher.org/eqemu/opcodes.conf also, the binaries are NOT tested, and I'm sure they won't work correctly like the original ones. Good luck, if there's any problem, just say.. |
CVS Source
Any chance I can get the 0.6.1 DR2 Source yet? If so, where from? The sf.net CVS is still 0.6.1 DR1...
Thanks, -Suede- |

Where are the new logs kept??

This works FINE... (the usual bugs in group and trade, and the guards of course).. but otherwise it's as stable as a rock...where are the logs you refer to put????.. if I can find them i will post them here for you... Thanks... |
what database and or opcodes are you using with that Templar?
|
I have same problems than you sakrateri...
|
This is my setup..

sorry I can't be more help, I'm amazed that something worked right for me almost first time!!!!!!!.. |
Ok thanks Temp , I will try to work on it some more . Could you paste a copy of your wolrd output here for me please?
|
nothing I can do if that does not work for you guys :(, at least not this and next week, I am full with exams. Try to get a different opcode file from someone who has it working. I will try to fix it in some time.
The files are eqemuworld_memoryleaks.log and same with zone I guess, in the same path as binaries...if that does not show, maybe I programmed it incorrectly, so let me know... Thanks |
Take those exams and do well , this can wait for sure :)
|
From which links you take opcode.conf ?
I use one from CVS and i link only this ??? that very strange, search more :) Good luck cofruben :) i hope the best for you :) |
Sorry I didn't see your message....

I receive the same error. I would also like to ask though, does someone have an opcodes.conf that will work with 6.1? Mine is posted below:
Code:
OP_Unknown=0x0000 |
I can't locate this opcode files, i try all in my a link and same error,
can you link or email your opcode templar ? that help all people, i think. |
Anyone have the updated opcodes for this build?
|
no idea if this will work but have a try and let me know
cofruben.krusher.org/eqemu/opcodes.conf |
That opcode seems to be like the regular linked one in minilogin I have the error "Opcode_OP_LoginServerDisconnect is missing from opcodes.conf
[ERROR] Loading opcodes failed. I can't live like this" I also get the error's they listed in the world.exe however that is to be exspected if minilogin can't load the opcodes =p I would have posted sooner but I just finished a final myself hehe I added the missing op but when I run world.exe it just alocates 4 mem locations then delets them over and over and I can't log into minilogin now =( gona try a few other things and chk back latter for any ideas you all may have This is what I get when I run world.exe wish it wasn't so long but will give you what you need to see I hope (minilogin shows bolth server and client connected but client hangs on minilogin((maby I need to remake the account in the DB for the change to 6.2?)) I am getting very close to solving this opcodes crap... using 6.1DR1 and my current opcodes.conf I have the following left to go:
Code:
C:\EQEmu>world |
I got a different issue
I had no problem getting past the opcode problem with the new version of minilogin installed:
Minilogin 0.6.1 I don't know if that is what is making it work but just thought I would comment incase it helped anyone. My problem is I get all the way past that and then the Boot5zones batch takes a crap on me :P It is the 6.1 DR1 version. Any advise on that part? |
Make sure that your using the zone file associated with whats being called in the batch file (zone.exe, zoneperl.exe) and you have the live spells_us.txt there as well

Here is the thread about the branches on CVS: http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=18847 If you get the compiled versions from my site, copy your own spells_us.txt over the one I released. It is from the 5/11 patch, so it may not work properly. |
