Forgot LS password
 

When I try and login with an account I get a "DB error" or wrong password message. I know its the right password. Been awhile since I logged in tho.

How do i change a LS password? Thanks

Have you tried creating a new LS account to see if it is an issue with just that one account or maybe something wrong with your EQEmu setup in general? If it actually is just a problem with your 1 account, then hopefully we should have a way to change passwords for them soon. I believe something is in the works right now to do just that.

the first of the three accounts work. so LS1 works and 2-3 dont. I used the same PW for all account.

I just looked at your login accounts in the DB, and they do not have the same encrypted password.

I have 3 login accounts for same and easy password in 3 year ago,but LS1 "penquan" is not works for this password. I dont know who or which system change my password. Can you send this password for my mail?

I have the exact same problem. I have 3 LS accounts all had the same password now only the 3rd one works, the first two now say wrong password even though I never changed it.

Same here, I haven't been able to use my main LS account since the big mess. Other 2 continue to work fine and I use all the time. It's just that one account that's had the password error for months now. Sucks to have an account for years then have it go away with no possible way to recover it.

I also forgot my accounts PW, is there a solution for this?

Also struggling with this, can't remember the password to one of my accounts and can't see any tool for retrieving or resetting it.

Similar problem here - returning player, and can't remember the LS passwords - can log on to the forums okay, but can't see a "recover LS password" option =/

I am having the same issue. Any word on what to do? I can't seem to remember my old account info (Hathe) and have since changed my email address and I know all of my old account info, but the logins do not work.

Hello. I am having this same "DB error" problem with my password. However, I am totally new and just created my account today. I created another account just to see what would happen, but I receive the same error message. Has anyone come up with a solution for this? I did not make multiple logins, so this is just for my single account. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Yeah, I got my password for the forums but LS pw isnt working. No word on help?
