Can someone start a new server....

Can someone PLEASE start a new server so i can play my ranger??!?!? hes a Human/Ranger I HAVE SPENT 3 hours trying to find a fricken server that will let me play but all say"that zone is unavailable" and i feel like shooting someone!!! PLEASE start a new server for me

Yes i know its easier said then done but i would start one but i don't know how to.... if someone could maybe they could show me a guide how to...

I try to keep my server up. Its not on the greatest computer or connection in the world, but it has held 20 people before ;). Feel free to log on and play around. If theres a lot of people on it you may have trouble getting into a zone.
