mysql.exe, eqemuadmin, mysqlgui and mysqlnavigator.

To edit the SQL on the server, mysql, and DBTools. For the Sql text files, I use ultraedit.

I use...

I created a web GUI to add, edit, remove things. This way I could add tables/records to try things out in the code and still have a way to intantly update the db without having to be at the server.

PhpMyAdmin works great. i used to use it for gotfrags and now i use it on hogiebane.
