World Down error

i keep geting world down error i have all updates and all expan up to ldon on every server i tried it happend

Its not changed in the how to because its only temperary, read the news section and other threads to find out why

took me less then 1 min to find them and i did not use search, dont take the criticism too personaly everyone is getting fed up because the bords are being spammed by people asking the same question.
