Where are EqEmu server binaries?

I can't find where to download these or if these are even the things I'm lookin for but when I am at the step

I don't have any such file as db.sql on my computer. Any idea where to download this file at?

If you havn't done step 2, why are you worried about files you don't have in step 4...

5.2 Release get to them via the files link on the main page. These do not work with EQ clients Patched reacently since sony made changes to the client. Read the news forum for more information. Note the post dates for the 5.2 release, and any newer posts.

To get the latest version that works with the current client patch, you have to download the source files from the CVS and compile it with Microsoft Visual Studios .Net If that didn't make sense, you probably should stop right here, and wait for an official release of the binaries that will work with the current EQ client patch from sony.
