possible to run EqEmu offline?

ive been checking the forums on this for a while now cus i swear ive seen something on this before but couldnt find it so ill just ask. is it possible to run EqEmu offline? i have a computer in my room but its not hooked up to the internet. i would just like to be able to play EQ on that if i am unable to on this one since i share this computer with the rest of my family

set it all up on one machine and use minilogin (set it to localhost)
