Is there a PVP Server anywhere..?

Id love to play on a PVP Server that is semi legit, so you have to level, but can summon items. perhaps to get a few items just in quests that are uber PVP ones.. (was just an idea)

so are there any PVP servers?

Theres a new one coming out i helped beta a while before it was up, now its up but closed, should open soon
