WorldDebug.exe help again..

im setting up my server and when i run WorldDeBug.exe from cmd it says

[database] Block not found in DB.INI.
Read readme.txt!

"
not sure what means so search could not find any thing so im posting it. this is my db.ini.

searching and found what i needed searching always works :)
