need administrative intervention!!

i messed up..8(

went to make a 2nd account, somehow the form burped and put in my first account name. now i have 2 accounts with wize_one with 2 diffrent e-mails. i cant log into that account(loginserver, not sure on forums).
this is good account:

this one needs to be changed to wize_one2 or deleted:
