worldserver and zones
 

when i load worldserver it sais error: bad servername , so I put 'server' into the name and it works ?? was told not to put server into the name, so please help with that. When i load Zones, it is supposed to open 5 windows and it doesnt open anything , just flashes, [status] CURRENT_ZONE_VERSION: eqemu 0.5.2 usage:zone zone_name address port worldaddress , then goes off I tried connecting anyways and when I did without 'server' included in servername it didnt show one, and with it in the name it showed it but said it was locked.

You don't need to, as it's appended auto, but you may, as you wish. If it succeeds with 'server', it should succeed with more names. Try reverting to other names (not the one u used at first).

That is probably the biggest reason you are having problems.. If you are trying to use a db that is newer, you will have this problem, as they are not compatible with this version of eqemu. Also, if you are not patch to PRIOR 0.5.3 series, then you will NOT be able to play on this server anyhow...
This also indicates that you have a db issue, or in this case, it is NOT the db that is outdated but the server files themselves (it would appear). Try either using the newest source files or wait until they release them as binaries if you dont know how to compile.. The only other solution to this is to patch up to current, and play on someone else's server, listed as 0.5.5 DR1, as they are the only servers you can currently play on if you are patched anywhere from 2/10/04 to current...Hope this helps..
