Help im new

Hey, im downloading EQ right now, i tried this and it wasnt working. Im back now and im not sure what to do. When i get EQ do i let it patch itsself or what. And does the one tutorial still work?????????

After you've installed it, patch it to live, then follow the guide. You can click on the link in my sig to get to the guide.
