EQEMu Error: Bad username/password
 

? why am i getting this error? i have username/pass down correct, im sure of it...

make sure your caps lock (its case sensitive) is off and everything is spelled correct. Also did you register your account name once an email was sent to you?

Even if you DID activate your account using the email sent to you, sometimes it can take up to a week to actually get your account activated.. This does not mean that just because you can post here that your account has been activated... Wait a week, and if you still cant get on, contact an admin and they will hook you up..

Also make sure you HAVE changed your eqhost.txt file so that you are trying to connect to eqemu and not eqlive...
