having trouble with key code
 

hello help please.whenever i type in my key code from my e-mail it tells me its invalid.i am typing it exactly the way it reads and i have added the needed insert into the notepad i am dealing with eqemu,but it does not like my key code for some reason.any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
