Your everquest game folder should have a eqhost.txt file. Look at the tutorial section for what exactly this file should contain.

eqhost

i have the eq host file in the main section and it lets me play on eq emu but not make a new account

I am not so sure.. I *think* they said that you register on the boards, and that is how you get an account on the Emu server. So maybe register another account? Not sure if they will like that though..

Gyzmo, I copied and pasted your eqhost.txt as you posted it here and also got 1010, try copying and pasting this:

Quote:

[Registration Servers]
{
"register.eqemulator.net:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
"eqlogin2.eqemulator.net:5997"
"eqlogin3.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
That works. Maybe the formatting is important.
