DR releases to do not come precompiled or supported because they are releases for developers, hence the name Developer Release. A precompiled version will not be put out until the release is stable and ready for a full release (5.7 with no DR). Sometimes random users put out precompiled versions, but this is fairly rare and involves a lot of commitment by that person. The DR releases always come with a warning from the devs that they are only to be used by people knowledgable in programming and compiling as they require substantially more knowledge and work since they are unstable. There are tuutorials on how to compile the releases your self using tool that you can download for free, so if you can't figure out those tutorials you're SOL.
