Help me please...here is the deal....I run world.exe and then run5zones.bat....I startup eqemu and my server is locked?!?!and Locked is set to False...

Download the files from http://cvs.biosprite.net/ and compile them.

Those are pre-compiled binaries if you don't have a compiler (VC++, VS.NET, ECT...)
