Just wondering, is it possible to enter OoW zones from EQEmu? Because, I recently visited the Plane of War, which is not in the Live version of the game. Just wondering.. newbish question, I know.

Yeah its possible if you download the zones and the server admin adds them to their DB.

Alrighties.. guess I just got to find a server with that added to DB.. downloaded all of files already.

If you have the zone files, then u can go...


But if u dont..... U will get error & eq will close :D

Also....... Only one server I know that has OoW Zones, With spawns :)

Actually, no. SoE has changed the zone structure with eqg files. Untill someone figures them out you won't be able to access any OoW zones.

SoE names their zones and mobs by throwing kittens at keyboards =/

well they do look like luclin zones. they are cheap on the scenery side. this expension will only be semi good cause of lvl cap, epic and characters getting even more godly (but is that really good anyway)
