patcher keeps downloading new client and host

Im not sure what im doing wrong but when i click my shortcut (with patchme) its brings up the little patcher thing and downloads the client and host then i click play and go to account and it wont let me in any help would be great

Read the guide more carefully. Your shortcut should target eqgame.exe not everquest.exe.
