I just bought Everquest, Platinum, didn't patch (well... it started to, but I stoped it) But does that mean I cannot play either?

Alive and Kicking, got servers up and running Finally! To all you bashing out there whats the point? I mean really do You get uba items for extra Posts? Thanks to all who helped btw.
