Error- A Timeout Occured --Resolved--

I get Error- A Timeout Occured when i try to log in. i changed my eqhost.txt to the new port, and patched to live before that. Does my eqhost.txt need to be read only? i made an account and still nothing.

Thanks for any help i can get!
