( Errors in Installing )

I get errors running the command
perl -MIO::Scalar -e "print 'Installed'"

I cant' get pass this spot. If any of you could please send me a tell on EverQuest ( ;tell erollisi.voyage ) if you can help me. I've looked up information on sites and couldn't find nothing that worked.
