Playing after the 9/15 patch
 

Am i able to? I did not patch yet as of oct13th so i still have the old patcher ( 9/15-16th ) one, am i able to play? if so what client do i use?

how do i go about doing that? or finding that? Where do i put it? I remember way back i used to put it in my eqhost.txt and it worked fine, now everything changed and im confused

NOTE that section 5 isnt needed anymore, and when your changing your eqhost.txt file it should be:

[LoginServer]
Host=newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994

it kept saying it could not connect to the server after like 10 sec of waiting to login to the server select screen.

the server is up, paste the contents of your eqhost.txt file from your everquest directory

ok i managed to get to a char selection screen on a bunch of servers, but they all end up sending me back to the server select screen saying like update patcher or something to that effect.

you can only play on DR2 servers

now i keep getting a timeout error on my other comp, same exact thing as my other, no new patchers dl'd
