How to Play EQ Emu now? (probly been asked before)
 

I searched for Connect and found a bunch of stuff about hosting a server but i just want to connect and play on someone elses, im not sure what i have to do now or what, if this has been answered and is up to date can you link me the topic and or copy / paste it ?

Support::Tutorials/Howto's section the one titled ?? maby not sure tho...............

Done that and tried everything in the timed out post, i either get Time out, wrong username/pw (which i know are correct cause how else would i be logged in ehre ? :P) or it sits at connecting for awhile then "A connection the to server could not be reached." thing pops up.

Just because you can log in here doesn't mean you have an account.

Another thing....

Make sure in your eqhosts.txt file it reads...

[LoginServer]
host=newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994

If you don't have an account with eqemulator(your forum account will not do), go to

http://www.eqemulator.net/eqaccount.php

and activate it. The registration code is in your profile.

Your best friend is the search feature of the forums, and the HOWTO section. Its there for a reason. ^.^

Nm, I had to make a new account with my profile code and i got in, Thanks for the help :P

Ok, im having a serious problem. It wont show my key under edit profile, all it shows is: "Login Server Key:". Please help!

Could someone please post a screenshot of it (with there number blocked out of course). Thanks.

Damit, I think its broke. I have patched since december, didnt kno anything about this till 3 days ago. LOL, anyone know when the next one is coming out?Hopefully very soon.

It gets to login screen, I enter my acount and pass, then it goes to the loging in screen (a little box) and stops there.

The emulator will get updated when the devs have time, be patient, and don't ask for an eta.
