You can access all Patchfiles this Way:

http://64.37.156.21:7000/patch/everq...st-changes.xml

Just modify the Path to access each and every single File.

You may get away with just the eqmail.dll eqmail.exe and eqgfx_dx8.dll files. Depends on what your patching from.
