Zone crash on version 11-09-04 [FIXED ON v11/16/04]

I updated my EQemu version to the 11-09-04 release (I use to be on the 11-07-04 version), and now I can't zone at all and some time, I can just login on the chara select screen (not everytime, when I Enter World the game says to me "you have been disconected" blahblah)

The world exe says nothing, except that a zone crashed:

Sounds like a database problem. Have you run all applicable queries in the Perl Compiles from 11-09 down a few and have you sourced the correct sql files?

I think everything's ok... if not, why does it work on the previous release :?

Sarepean 11-16-2004 01:11 AM

Try this----

ALTER TABLE npc_types ADD npc_aggro TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';

What do you mean ? What should I do ?

thekeepers 11-16-2004 08:46 AM

Open you loginserver.ini

change it so it looks like this

Code:

[LoginServer]
loginserver=newlogin1.eqemulator.net
loginport=5994
worldname=***
worldaddress=***
locked=false
account=
password=

[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=***
Unavailzone=

See the account= and password=

make sure they are blank (they equal nothing)

McFox666 11-16-2004 08:57 AM

Ok I changed my LoginServ.ini and rebooted my server, but same problem :( crash... "You Have Been Disconnected"

thekeepers 11-16-2004 09:01 AM

Try updating to the latest DR (DR2)

McFox666 11-16-2004 09:16 AM

Of course it works, the DR2 is an old version, before the 11-09-04 release I used the 11-07-04 version... the DR2 is the 11-03-04 version.

McFox666 11-16-2004 11:21 PM

Very well now it works on the last version ! :)
