Finished FileLoader and TERLoader classes

I just finalized the FileLoader API and the TERLoader class.

The FileLoader API is used to declare loaders for zone and model file formats. The first implementation of this API is in the TERLoader class. It fuly loads TER files now :)

Source is available at http://home.archshadow.com/~daeken/openeq/.

I'll be working on getting a basic test renderer working today.

Cool. I'm from Chambersburg, about an hour south of Harrisburg on I-81 :)
I pass through Scranton all the time on the way to CT hehe
