.Map file positioning
 

i have my server setup ... and was about to go to work on the quests when i noticed that i wasn't getting attacked by orcs and the like ... i assumed that this was due to my gm status, so i removed it and re-logged with the same responce .. after scouring these forums i find that i need to have the .map file for the zone short name (ie: gfaydark.map) i dl'd the file from sourceforge ... but i am now clueless as where to place it ... i have tried both the eqemu directory and the everquest directory and neither work. Would it be C:\Eqemu\zones or something of that nature?

any and all help appreciated

put it into a folder called maps in your eqemu folder.
