Using MiniLogin?

Hey guys. Does anyone use MiniLogin to develop their servers and If i give like the Database to somone to host and stuff, Will it work?..

Cause im using MiniLogin to develop a server and wondering if I gave to someone to host.

Another question, does the PEQ Pre-Kunark have PERL?
