how do i see a list of active servers?

http://www.eqemulator.net/servers.php just gives error messages

like the following:

Notice: Undefined index: f in /home/httpd/vhosts/eqemulator.net/httpdocs/servers.php on line 18

you log into the server select, that never fails.
