Does eqemu6.0dr2 still support the old quest system ?

Just wondering.. I can't get the new perl system to work.. Some error installing some of the perl stuff. But if the old code is still in there then i can get some of my old quests imported.

i used a converter and it appers that most of the old stuff works but I have not tested it yet.
it says blah blah failed reverting back to old pl file when loading.

I did notice that the bind spells do not hold with the soulbinders.
but they talk and otherwise look ok.
