Does anyone know of an Asheron's Call 2 emulator or a SWG emulator that has been made or is in the making?

No...twice.

AC2 sucked, really... I hated that game. (No, not just because it was made by Microsoft)

You would be amazed what you find in google by typing the initials of a mmorpg then attaching emu at the end of it, and pressing search........

Woah, don't ask me why, but I have been wanting to check out an AC2 emu for a while lol. I only played it in beta, but it did have a few systems that I liked a lot. I never played it in live though, cause there were WAY too many issues that weren't resolved before the end of beta.

They had some cool classes, nice graphics (maybe too nice for the time) and a different tradeskill system from any others I have seen.

I searched for quite a while a couple months ago to see if I could find any AC2Emu projects and never saw anything at all. Thanks for the link lol.

I got it, and it looks pretty good so far! However it in it's Alpha infancy!!!
