the addon.ini file is the file that stores the access levels for commands.

If you see something like:

!level = 250

that means that anyone who wants to use the #level command in-game has to be flagged as 250 or higher.

You can set these to your own liking for your own server.

thanks cans, now what about the command.pl file???

thats a perl file it goes in your main eq dir.
zones.exe uses it to load zones i think.
