PEQ :: Translocators

I have completed all the translocators. Please see the readme.txt for more information. This is based on the PEQ Velious DB, so it includes a couple of fixes to zone points and the Timorous dock. Also included in the Iceclad Translocator is an associated side quest, which i completed just to make everything correct.

I also gave this set to FatherNitwit for inclusion in a future rev of the peq quest pack, but i thought i'd add it here independently as well.

GREAT WORK!!! I love it :D Thanks a Ton sirreality. I know this is such a little thing but to noobs it's a big prob.
