activeX controls?
 

does anyone know what would be blocking activeX on my computer? my firewall or what? its really annoying cus it wont let me scan for viruses and i cant even use programs that use activeX...any help would be awesome

I'd try a System Restore to a point before the infection if you haven't turned it off yet. That should at least put your registry back to normal and put back any system system files which may have been deleted. At a minimum, you won't be any worse off than when you started.
