Cant see character models or npc's
 

At character creation and after loading into world all the npcs are invisible other then the names above their head

*sigh* the solution should be someowhere on the boards, I got help here for it, it involves you EQ directory though, can't get into much more detail.

I found the solution after asking a lot of people. Hardwaretnl was set to true instead of false

I am having the same problem now. I would like to know how it was resolved. I will keep looking but if you can reply to this, then I will be forever grateful.

I would have to say they certainly utilized the Search Function /grin ...

Duh...I figured it out....lol

And when the next person replies to this thread in 2019, they will ask what the fix was....

Where is this file Hardwaretnl? I have the same problem with characters and NPCs not showing up but only seeing their names. I am looking everywhere but, so far, nothing has worked.
