EQplaynice or similiar

Is there any offline programs similiar to EQplaynice and EQwindows that will work with the current Eqemu version?

yeah dont bother with WinEQ 2.0 by lavishsoft.
it sucks and they charge for the version that works good plus you have to register on there fourms and it's junk.

Try to put your desktop in 16 bits colors in place of 32 bits colors and that working :)
