Govt's faction updates

guys,

do any of you packrats out there have a copy of govtcheeze's faction update 1.0? I really need to get ahold of this file.

it is named 'factions v1.0.rar' and contains:
faction_listUpdate.sql
factionTablesUpdate.sql
factionNpcUpdate.sql
kos.sql

It's amazing how much emu related crap I have collected. I found it on an old dvd-r.
