Server without 9/13 patch
 
I was wondering if I could run a server without the pre 9/13 patch. I have read many guides and such but never saw, or realized that I saw, anthing that said I couldnt run a server without the proper patch. I realize that I oculdnt play on it but it would give me time to work on the server itself untill the EQ emu folks get around to updating to a newer patch.

Yes you could but you would still need some sort of client thats compatable with the login server and emu server that your running.
a classic example of that was W-R before the Ice Age.
