need help with 5.8 version
 

Apparently I suck at using a search function. I am not great with comp language, but I can follow simple directions. Is anyone able to provide me with a link that is a walkthrough for setting up a server based on 5.8? I have found a TON of info for 6.2-6.3 stuff, but my version of eq that I can get is for 5.8, and of course I can not locate newer file versions of the software without it breaking eqemu.

So uhm pretty pretty please, just tell me where I can get a walkthrough on that version.

You might want to check the Tutorials and Archives sections of the forums. That forum section is being phased out in favor of the wiki for new documentation, but if you're looking for old documentation then it was stored there.
